Talent Search: Proceso de búsqueda expeditivo donde llevamos adelante la identificación y preselección de candidatos. Se hace una entrevista en profundidad y se entrega los potenciales candidatos ideales para el cargo. No se ahonda a nivel de competencias claves ni a nivel personal.
